Program Notes

Six preludes for solo bandura that were written for world-renowned bandurist Victor Mishalow.  Each prelude is based on a different landmark in the city of Lviv in Western Ukraine, which I visited in the summer of 2006.  The preludes vary in style and tempi to capture the unique history and feel of each location.
